Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided that it has not been shipped or tinted. In such cases, any payments made will be promptly refunded. If cancellation occurs after shipping or tinting, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges and 30% of the tinted product cost(product + tint).

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Return or Exchange Policy

Products can be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of delivery with a valid reason. However, products with tinted colors cannot be returned or exchanged. Machine-made shades cannot be accepted for returns or replacements. Returned products must be unused and undamaged. If a product is found to be broken or used, it will not be accepted for return, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders according to the fixed date and time after receiving payment or payment confirmation from our vendors. Orders will be shipped and delivered within the specified time frame within 2 days after order placement. Please note that there are no dispatches on weekends or public holidays.

– Products with machine-tinted colors cannot be returned.

– Products damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted for return.

– Before returning a product, please ensure that the product seal is intact and has not been tampered with. Our experts will inspect the product upon return.

– Products with broken seals or packaging will not be accepted for return.

– Returns must have a valid and genuine reason.

– The color images displayed are for indication purposes only, and actual color shades may vary.

– We do not provide warranties or guarantees on any products.

– Any warranty, guarantee, or service for brand-name products is subject to the terms and conditions provided by the respective company or vendor.

– Always read the product’s “directions for use” before using any product.

– Shake well all liquid or paste products before use.

– Regardless of your location, all disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu & India.
